Collective leadership research

In preparation for our Collective Leadership Experiential Learning Journeys that we are launching in early 2021, we are undertaking a longitudinal research study. The aim of the study is to assess the degree to which Collective Leadership is practised in organisations today and the benefits it can bring, particularly in today’s increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world.

If you are interested in Collective Leadership and would like to assess the degree to which you and your leadership
colleagues have the capabilities needed to practise this powerful type of leadership, we’d like to invite you to participate in this research.

Participation is free and involves you and members of your team completing three self-assessments, each taking about 30 minutes. Once the results have been processed they will be presented in an online workshop.

The results of the assessments are completely confidential and will only be shared with you and your team during the final workshop.

If you’d like to know more, download the research eBook or contact Donna Laban to arrange a call.
