UNDERSTANDING, ASSESSING AND REFINING
Collective leadership research
The aim of this research is to assess the degree to which collective leadership is practised in organisations today and the benefits it can bring, particularly in today’s increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world.
Participation is currently free and involves you and your leadership colleagues completing three self-assessments, each taking about 20 minutes. Once the results have been processed they are presented in an online workshop.
The results of the assessments are completely confidential and will only be shared with you and your colleagues during the final workshop.
